"We very much enjoyed our stay in Arvada.The property is exactly like the pictures, and perfect for teenagers/young kids (The kids particularly liked that they had the basement to themselves!). The pool and arcade were definitely highlights!!Property had a few issues that I spoke to the Management Company about (Freezer, bed frame, lights, stools, locks/side door). Overall, the issues were small and the Management Company agreed that they would look into them all, but for the price, some of these should have been detected prior to our arrival."

"The house was perfectly situated just below the village. It was easy to get there and into Avon/Edwards. The house also provided lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax at the end of each day. The property manager was also incredibly responsive and really attentive!"

"The house was in a nice location. Very close to downtown. We went for the hockey game and was about a 15-20 minute drive to the ball arena. It was also nice to have a little patio to hang out on outside as well. The host was also easy to get ahold of for any questions. The only downfall to the stay is the cleaniness. We found cigarettes in the couch. Could use a good deep clean and would be the perfect spot!"
